Meet up with Rep. Laura Sibilia in Jamaica, Dover and Wardsboro

State Rep. Laura Sibilia has announced three upcoming campaign meet and greet events: in Jamaica on Sunday July 10th; in Dover on Tuesday July 12th where she will be joined by Windham County Senate candidate Nader Hashim and in Wardsboro on Thursday July 21st.

Sibilia, a four term independent, is currently the Vice Chair of the Energy and Technology Committee, co-chair of the House Rural Caucus and founder and co-chair of the Vermont National Guard and Military Affairs Caucus. She has successfully championed reforms to Vermont’s education finance system, major public investment in community fiber build out and ongoing planning to ensure all Vermonters are able to adapt to changes in weather and climate. She is running for election to the newly created Windham-2 District which includes the towns of Dover, Jamaica, Somerset, Stratton, and Wardsboro. Windham-2 voters in Jamaica and Stratton were previously part of the Windham-Bennington-Windsor District and represented in the 21/22 biennium by Rep. Kelly Pajala.

On Sunday July 10th voters and residents are invited to join Laura at The Rafters at 180 Derrybrook Road in South Londonderry from 4-5:30 p.m. to ask questions, share priorities and hear more about Laura’s previous work on behalf of voters.

On Tuesday July 12th voters and residents are invited to join Laura at the Dover Park on Route 100 in Dover from 4:30-5:30. Laura will be joined by Windham County Senate Candidate Nader Hashim in Dover.

On Thursday July 21st voters and residents are invited to join Laura at the Wardsboro Library from 6-7 pm.
