Help Shape Vermont’s Clean Water Budget
Vermont is seeking public input on how to prioritize approximately $43 million in Clean Water Funds to protect our rivers, lakes, ponds and wetlands.
Comments are due November 12. Share the water quality challenges you see and where you think investment is needed. You don’t need to be a budget expert to participate.
Email your comments, or join the November 5 public hearing at 11 a.m., online or in Montpelier.
Voting: You should have received your ballot
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3. You can vote by mail, early at your town clerk’s office or in person on Election Day. Vermont allows voter registration through Election Day.
If you are voting with your mailed ballot, follow the instructions carefully and sign the certificate envelope. Return it early to your clerk before the office closes November 2, or to your polling place by 7 p.m. November 3.
If your ballot has not arrived or you have questions, contact your town clerk. You can check your registration and ballot status at vote.vermont.gov. My Windham-2 Voting Guide also has local information.
If you need help with state services, please reach out. I do not have staff and I work year-round, so if you do not hear back in a day or two, please follow up or send a text. If you find my work useful and are able to support it, you can do that here.
Thank you for staying engaged and staying in touch!
