The House Education Committee walked through a bill for the first time today that attempts to navigate the conflict Vermont’s current school choice policies have with the U.S. and Vermont Constitution. The draft bill: An act relating to the eligibility of approved independent schools to receive public tuition has not been assigned a number yet. Click here to see the current text of the legislation:
